Ballista Tower

Nobody climbs this wall twice.

A Wall Tower with a ballista on its deck. With a crew aboard it shoots enemy troops on its own, or enemy machines when there are no troops in reach, from 2 to 25 tiles.

It needs one troop aboard and takes two.
