Barracks
Beavers were made for chewing, not fighting. These ones chew angrily.
Trains troops. It’s a workplace, and its workers are your troops: pick which kind it trains in its panel. Spearmen are free; the other kinds are unlocked from the panel with science. Changing the kind lets the current troops go, and new recruits come in to train as the new kind.
Training
A recruit picks up a weapon from the barracks, then trains inside for a few hours. Recruits can’t be ordered around and don’t fight. A troop that’s let go gives its weapon back. Barracks never take beavers sick with badwater, and a troop that catches it goes home and leaves.
The barracks keeps 6 weapons in stock, brought by your haulers from the Forge, Armory or Gunsmith. It shows “No weapons” or “No haulers for weapons” when its recruits have been waiting an hour.
Rally point. “Set rally point” in the panel sends each new troop to a spot of your choosing once trained.
