Basaltty collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking, and no server of ours for anything to be sent to.
Your terminals
What your terminals show travels directly between your own devices, over a connection encrypted end to end. It does not pass through us, and there is nowhere for us to keep it.
How the devices find each other
Through your own private iCloud database, which only you can read, not us, and not Apple. It holds the name of each device and a few connection messages, and the messages are deleted a second later, as soon as the connection is made.
Naming your tabs
The names and groups are worked out by a model running on your Mac. Nothing about your tabs leaves the machine they are on.
Buying Basaltty Pro
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details, and Apple does not give them to us. Whether a subscription is active is stored in your own private iCloud database so that your Mac can check it.
Children
Basaltty is not directed at children and collects nothing from anybody.
